Yehuda HaMakkabbi

The Yehuda HaMaccabi 46-50 project contributes to the development of the urban space in the old northern part of Tel Aviv. The project’s location, just a short walk from Yarkon Park, demonstrates the advantages of an urban living environment that creates interactions between nature, leisure, and health. The design combines residential units with an active commercial floor and reflects the new, dynamic urban planning approach that offers everyday services close to residential areas.
