About Blue Square Real EstateBlue Square Real Estate focuses on income-generating real estate, and is one of the largest real estate companies in Israel. The Company owns a variety of yielding real estate assets that are spread all over Israel, which also include highly lucrative locations.

Blue Square Real Estate boasts with extensive experience in managing and constructing large-scale projects, and owns additional interest in dozens of future development projects, in addition to decades of experience with developing and improving real estate assets. The Company has developed, established and operates, inter alia, the Wholesale Market Center in Tel Aviv – one of the largest development projects in Israel – which includes TLV Mall, residential neighborhood (approximately 3,000 housing units), a school, kindergartens, a sports center and a public park.
Company Management
The chairman of the board of Blue Square Real Estate is the personal business, Mr. Moti Ben Moshe, the social sole through the Alon Blue Square Israel Group, which he has owned since February 2016. Mr. Ben Moshe is the owner and chairman of Extra Holding, which is active in the fields of energy, software, real estate. Real estate, tourism and communications in European countries and especially in Germany.
To use the Extra Israel Group and Blue Square Israel Israel, Mr. Ben Moshe owns, among others, the energy, real estate, and retail group Dor Alon, Dor-Gas, am: pm, Naaman, Vardinon, extra public transportation and more. Moshe is a graduate of Yeshivat Nahalim and studied economics and accounting at Bar-Ilan University, until he founded the software and billing company Cyber Jet, which operated mainly in the German market.
Ms. Guri has served as VP, Chief Legal Counsel and Company Secretary starting in 2022. She previously served as a lawyer and partner in the firm Ardinst, Ben Natan, Tolidano & Co. with Hamburger Evron.
Ms. Guri is a graduate of LLB law studies and a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2000
Ms. Lahav has served as the Company’s Architect since 2020. Between 2016 and 2020, she served as the architect of GF Real Estate. In the past (2013-2016), she served as Company Architect and Director of Urban Renewal at Gindi Investments. She also served as the Corporate Architect of Arad HaBoneh Ltd. in 2009-2013. Ms. Lahav directed an architects’ office (partnership) – “Mor Lahav Architects.” She is a graduate (B.Arch.) of Ariel University.
Ms. Asaf has served as VP of Assets since September 2021. Between 2019 and 2021, she served as the CEO of Yakum Development Ltd. She was previously the CEO of Reality Arena Management on behalf of Reality Investment Fund. Between 2007 and 2016, she worked at the Israel Fairs and Convention Center of Ltd, and served as the Center’s CEO since 2012. Ms. Bachar is a member of the Board of Trustees of Ma’ayanei HaYeshua Hospital. She earned an LLB and an LLM from the Rishon LeZion College of Administration.
She has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2006.
Mr. Eisenkraft has served as VP of Engineering since April 2015. He was the Company’s Chief Engineer between 2010 and 2014. He previously served at the Construction and Infrastructures Division of the Israeli Air Force, and had the rank of Major when he was discharged.
Mr. Eisenkraft is a civil engineer (B.Sc), a Technion graduate (civil engineering), and a graduate of Tel Aviv University (Business Administration, Executive M.B.A.).
Mr. Leshinsky appointed to acting CEO from March 2023, At the same time as his position as the company's CFO since 2020 . Between 2016 and 2020, Mr. Lashinsky served as the CEO of Hajaj Real Estate Development Group. He previously served in Africa Israel Group as the Deputy CFO of AFI Development. He completed his internship and gained his initial experience as an employee of Deloitte, where he worked between 2005 and 2008. Mr. Lashinsky has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in law, and he possesses considerable experience with the worlds of real estate, financing and capital markets.
