In the center of Bnei Brak, a development project is planned that reflects a new concept of urban living. The plan, in collaboration with architects Kika Braz and Mati Kraizman, includes the construction of 10 buildings, each with 7 floors, offering 402 residential units in a variety of sizes ranging from 3 to 6 rooms. The development, spanning 11 dunams, will incorporate 22,000 sqm of commercial and office space, specially designed to meet the needs of the local community. The design creates an innovative urban space that combines quality housing, neighborhood commerce, and community services, while maintaining the unique lifestyle of the city.
