Ramat Yosef

In the heart of the Ramat Yosef neighborhood in Bat Yam, a new project is planned on an area of approximately 6.5 dunams. The project, designed by Gutman Asif Architects, is expected to add 530 new residential units to the neighborhood, following a contemporary urban living concept that integrates high-quality housing with accessible neighborhood commerce. The public space is designed to encourage community gatherings and offers residents a variety of services within walking distance.
