The project at 13A Tfusot Israel Street is part of the urban renewal of the Khorazin area – the industrial zone and commercial heart of Givatayim. The 20-story tower, designed by the Racheli Peller-Yaski Mor Sivan office, will include 23 residential units and an active commercial floor, as part of the larger project expected to feature 90,000 sqm of office and retail spaces. The project's location, adjacent to the Purple Line of the light rail and the connection to the employment centers of the Greater Tel Aviv area, alongside the preservation of the historic ficus avenue, creates a modern urban space that fully reflects the advantages of mixed-use development.
