Hadar Mall

The Hadar Mall is located at 26 General Pierre Koenig Street in the Talpiot Industrial Area in Jerusalem, covering a total area of approximately 71,520 sqm. In 2014, the mall underwent a renewal process with an investment of 100 million NIS, which included an expansion and upgrade of the retail spaces and operational infrastructure. The building, which was converted from an industrial factory to a shopping center in 2001, has developed from a large store complex into a shopping center serving the greater Jerusalem population. The mall includes three commercial floors covering 27,000 sqm with around 120 businesses, 650 sqm of warehouse space, and a five-story parking garage offering 1,200 parking spaces. The business mix includesleading retail chains such as Super-Pharm, along with food chains like Greg, Roladin, and Pizza Caprese, a fitness center, and a medical services center. Its location in the Talpiot Industrial Area, which serves as a central commercial hub in Jerusalem, ensures high accessibility and stable visitor traffic.
