The urban renewal project at General Pierre Koenig 26 leads the urban renewal plan in the Talpiot industrial area. The plan, to be executed on an area of approximately 16.2 dunams and designed by Yigal Levi Architects, includes 750 new residential units. The complex is planned as part of a comprehensive concept for the renewal of the Talpiot area, combining quality housing with the preservation of existing commercial spaces. The strategic location, near the light rail line, connects the complex to the city's advanced transportation network, offering optimal access to employment and commercial hubs.
