In the heart of the Neve Amalem neighborhood in Herzliya, a project is being built that leads the new mixed-use approach. The project, designed by Oren Brodner Architects, includes 18 spacious apartments of 4-5 rooms, with 300 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor. The design creates a dialogue between residential and neighborhood commerce, offering residents immediate access to daily services. The 5.5-story building is designed to create an inviting urban space, contributing to the development of community connections.
